Surgery
Labiaplasty and other forms of invasive female rejuvenation entail surgical reduction of the labia minora, labia majora and other parts of the vaginal area. These procedures are performed by plastic surgeons and require pre-operative appointments, anesthesia, surgical expense and extended recovery with activity limitations. For a full recovery, most physicians suggest waiting three weeks before exercising, and six weeks before resuming sexual activity.

- MonaLisa Touch
MonaLisa Touch treatment is based on fractional CO2 technology targeted at the internal vaginal mucosa only, not external issues that many women face. In the first few days following treatment, most women report a slight, localized discomfort following the laser treatment. During the healing period, it may be recommended to avoid hot baths and physical exercise such as lifting weights.
- FemiLift
FemiLift uses a robotic probe to deliver CO2 technology to the internal vaginal tissue. This heat can cause discomfort during the procedure and requires downtime for healing. During this recovery period, you may need to avoid exercise and sexual activity.
- Diva
Diva technology delivers hybrid fractional laser treatment to cause ablation and coagulation. The dilator used to expand and flatten the vaginal tissue delivers heat based on the provider’s customized treatment plan. Patients will feel slight pressure against the vaginal wall during the laser resurfacing. Some patients also experience increased sensitivity near the vaginal opening. Patients should avoid sexual intercourse for up to 48 hours.
